Cancellation Policy

 

Need to arrange or postpone-

Should you need to re-arrange your photo shoot, please advise us at least 14 working days in advance of your appointment day.
With sufficient notice, we will be more than happy to arrange an alternative date for you.
Failure to give sufficient notice, or not attend your appointment without letting us know may forfeit your deposit and/or voucher entirely. 

We kindly ask for your understanding during this difficult time for small business’s and cancellations at short notice can really effect us. We have staff and makeup artists that we are unable to cancel and unable to fill your empty place that quickly. We do understand that illness and Covid can not be helped but we just ask you can let us know as soon as possible.

We will contact you a few days before your appointment to confirm your attendance, If we cant get hold of you to confirm we now have assume you will not be attending and give your slot away. 

We are very busy and fully booked two months ahead, so again it is very important that you stick to your original appointment as you may not be able to re-book for along time after.

Please be on time for your appointment. We have shoots all day and can not guarentee we can still accomadate you if you are late. 

Please note that we cannot refund vouchers that have not been purchased directly through the studio.

As we are an extremely popular and busy studio, we often have waiting lists of families wanting to visit us. By giving us plenty of notice to postpone or cancel means we can offer your appointment to another family.
