Shoots are by appointment only and are usually available Saturday and Sundays. But we will be opening weekdays up for Newborns soon. Please call 01782 901 008 Wednesday – Friday between 10am and 4pm or email us and we’ll call you to arrange your shoot.

All those under 21yrs old must be accompanied by their parent(s) or legal guardian for all appointments at the studio, this includes their shoot and viewing session. For this reason, we ask that their parent or guardian book their session for them.

We usually book a minimum of 3 days in advance to allow time to plan for your shoot and can make bookings up to 6 weeks in advance. Please note that weekend and holiday appointments in particular are very sought after, so please contact us as far ahead as possible.

Photo Stoke is situated within the premises of Envisage in an industrial estate on Brick Kiln Lane in Basford/Cliff Vale. There is a map showing our location on our contact us page.

Stoke-on-Trent train station is approximately 10 minutes away by taxi.

We have changing facilities at the studio and you’re welcome to change here for your shoot. Some shoots also include multiple outfits, so make sure you bring the correct changes of clothes.

I- Louise is the main photographer at Photo Stoke. On Enchanted days i do have assistant taking the photos so i can concentrate on getting the best expressions from our fairies and elves.

We will invite you to a viewing session following your shoot, usually straight after your shoot. At this appointment we will show you all the best images captured and take your order.

We do not offer any online or remote viewing service, all orders are taken at the studio in your viewing session.

Our session fees start at £30 and vary depending on the type of shoot you’re looking for.

All appointments require a refundable deposit to be paid when booking, the amount of which is determined by the type of shoot and is taken by card online or over the phone (we accept all credit and debit cards apart from AMEX). This secures both your shoot and viewing appointments and is normally deducted from the balance of your order or can be returned to your card.

We ask that clients arrange their own booking so that we can discuss their requirements with them. If you’d like to arrange a shoot for a friend or relative, we’d recommend ordering them a gift voucher from the Photo Stoke online shop and then they can book in at a time to suit them.

Free parking is available in the large car park outside; please park in the visitors section on the left.

We usually assign between 20 minutes and 2 hours in the studio depending on the shoot type, but it all depends on your requirements. Please contact us if you’re unsure.

We have professional makeup artists and hair stylists at the studio, and so can arrange for styling before your shoot. Some vouchers include this service, but it can be added to any shoot for £30 per person depending on our availability. Please contact us to enquire.

We provide outfits for our Enchanted, capow and 1950s shoots. For all other shoots please make sure you bring your own clothes and accessories 

You’re very welcome to personalise your shoot with props of your own, please contact us if you’d like to discuss your ideas.

There is no minimum order or an obligation to purchase, you simply purchase the photos you love.

Yes defiently. aslong as they can fit in the studio and are friendly. Please let us know before hand though as we may move your appointment to the end of the day so we have more time to clean afterwards.
