I took over Photo Stoke in 2015 from Photo Nottingham. And its the best thing i ever did. 

Photo Stoke is a great studio in a quite location away from busy high streets. We offer all shoot types but try to put a different spin on every genre.

We have the traditional high key white background that every studio has but also try to do something different and unique to create images that will be a talking point on your wall.

I like to make the clients feel comfortable and relaxed and will concentrate on them in the shoot to create a realistic portrait and not a photo.

I try to make sure lighting and set is flattering but i don’t let that take over all my time so i can instead concentrate on the clients and bringing out their personlity.

"I am a strong believer in the arts as therapy. And believe that every child, teenager and adult can benefit from a photo shoot. With all these fake images and expectations on social media we forget what is real and fake. Its making us question our looks and confiendce and its time we took the control back”.

I have been a photographer for 11 years now and was lucky enough to learn on the job which meant i learnt tricks and tips about the industry very quickly. I went to university to study Visual and Performing arts which means i am very creative and artistic. I did however at the same time work in a pharmacy. I trained and qualified as a pharmacy dispenser. Although very different from photography i have always remembered the people skills and I bring this side into my business today.

Apart from work i have a strong passion in dance, this new found love is an amazing outlet after a busy weekend in the studio.

Now I can't end without telling you about my unusual pet of Biscuit the house rabbit. If you follow me on social media you will see that is always with me in my home office keeping me company while im editing. We have had a lot of people bring their house rabbits into the studio which is great fun.

I am extrmely proud of where i am today. I have learnt i dont need to rely on anyone else, i am capable of achieving my goal. I have worked really hard to build a successful business with over 200 five star facebook reviews. I have lots of ideads and passion to take this business even further and i look forward to welcoming you into my studio soon.
